This license covers every snapshot you get from Enosi Odi, free or paid, whether you get it from enosiodi.com or through the HighLevel Marketplace. By importing a snapshot, you agree to it.

What you may do

Import and use the snapshot within one agency, meaning the business that bought or downloaded it.
Install it into the sub-accounts your agency runs for its own clients, and into your own accounts.
Edit the copy, design and automation for each client.

What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, give away or share the snapshot or its share link.
Repackage the snapshot, or a substantially similar copy of it, as your own snapshot, template or course, on the HighLevel Marketplace or anywhere else.
Transfer the snapshot to another agency, including by selling or giving them a sub-account built mainly to pass the snapshot along.
Remove this license from the setup materials.

Your clients

Your clients may use the funnel and automation running in their sub-account for their own business. They get no right to copy, export or redistribute the snapshot.

Marketplace purchases

Snapshots bought through the HighLevel Marketplace are also covered by HighLevel's marketplace terms. HighLevel provides intellectual property protection for marketplace snapshots, which can limit re-sharing or exporting. Whichever way you get a snapshot, this license applies in full.

Ownership

Enosi Odi keeps all rights in the snapshots, including the copy, page designs, automation logic, setup guides and videos. The license gives you the right to use them, not ownership of them.

If the license is broken

If you break this license, it ends, and we may revoke access to updates and support and take any other action the law allows. [Lawyer to review enforcement language]
