Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of enosiodi.com and your purchase of products and services from Enosi Odi ([legal entity name and address], "we", "us"). By buying or using our products, you agree to these terms.
Who can buy
Our products are for businesses, mainly agencies that use GoHighLevel. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
What you are buying
Snapshots are digital products. Your purchase gives you a license to use the snapshot under the Snapshot License. It does not transfer ownership of the snapshot, its copy or its design.
GoHighLevel is a third party
Our snapshots run on GoHighLevel ("HighLevel"), which we do not own or control. You need your own HighLevel account. HighLevel features, pricing, SMS registration (A2P 10DLC), Conversation AI usage fees and availability are between you and HighLevel. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you and your clients use the snapshot, including the claims made in any copy you publish, consent for SMS and email, and compliance with laws such as the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and carrier rules. The copy we provide is a starting point. Review it for each client's offer before it goes live.
No guaranteed results
We build our products to help you book calls that show up and close. We do not guarantee any specific show rate, close rate, revenue or result. Results depend on the offer, the traffic and how the system is used.
Installed and Done-for-you services
Service work is described in the product page or a written scope. Timelines such as "7 days" start once we have the account access and information we ask for. Delays caused by missing access or information extend the timeline.
Updates and support
Each product page states its support window and update period. Updates are delivered as new snapshot links and logged in the changelog.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in US dollars. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. [Lawyer to review this clause]
Governing law

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in place at the time of purchase.
