Fires when an appointment books on your GHL calendar. The countdown runs off the appointment time, so a call booked three days out and one booked tonight both get the right messages.

Reminder sequence

Confirmation on booking, then the day before, the morning of, one hour out and ten minutes out. SMS and email, short enough to actually get read.

No-show recovery

Mark the appointment as a no-show and a short sequence goes out the same day with a rebook link. No guilt trip. Just the link.

Custom values
