Refund Policy

Snapshots are digital products that are delivered instantly and can't be returned. This policy explains when we do refund. [Business owner to confirm these terms before launch]

Free snapshots

The Show-Rate Engine (lite) is free, so there is nothing to refund. If it doesn't import or work as described, email us and we will fix it.

Paid snapshots

For the AI Booked-Call Setter and the High-Ticket Call Funnel System: if a page or workflow we shipped doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within 5 business days of your support request, we refund your purchase in full. Because snapshots are delivered instantly and can be imported right away, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

Installed

Before we begin work, you can cancel for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are prorated for work not yet done. Once the install is handed over live, the purchase is final, but we still fix anything we built that doesn't work as described.

Done-for-you

Payment terms and refunds for custom builds are set out in the written scope you sign before work begins.

Email [email protected] with your order email, the product and what went wrong. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
